Contact your local Independent Agent to report a claim. Reporting your claim quickly and thoroughly helps us begin working for you right away. Be prepared to provide information such as:
- Your policy information (name, address, policy number)
- Current contact information (best phone and email to reach you)
- Loss Details (date and time of loss, cause of loss, description of what happened)
- Damage Information (extent of damage, property affected, if emergency repairs were made, etc.)

Reporting a Claim During Normal Business Hours:
Contact your Local Independent Agent to report your claim. Their contact information can be found on your policy.
Reporting an Emergency Claim After Hours:
If you need immediate claims assistance when your agent is unavailable, call: 800-622-5230 and select “1″.

What To Do After a Motor Vehicle Accident
- If serious, call 911 to assist.
- Get names, addresses, and phone numbers of all drivers and passengers involved.
- Record accident (date, time, location) and vehicle details (make, model, color, license plate).
- Obtain insurance company names, policy numbers, and agent contact info.
- Do not admit fault, sign statements, or disclose your policy limits.
- Report the auto accident claim to your agent immediately.

- Document the damage (photos, descriptions).
- Take steps to prevent further damage (temporary repairs if safe).
- Report the property damage claim to your agent promptly.
- Notify police in case of burglary or theft.
